Serves 2 people.
- 1 cup unsweetenedalmond, cashew, macadamia, hemp, or soy milk
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice or apple juice
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 to 2 cups frozen blueberries
Throw all of your ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if you prefer a thinner consistency.
